Description:

Originally a Chanel bedspread manufacturing facility, this 1930’s building located in the growing Southside district downtown was developed to house retail and office spaces on the first and second floors and condominiums on the third. This particular space was renovated to have shared office spaces, a group work area, open storage, a break-room and an open conference room. The original wood joist ceilings and brick walls were incorporated into the design to emphasize the buildings history and character.
